What is the return and exchange policy ?

As of right now all products are all sales final due to covid. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please note that the customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees. Please check online to see if the size you want is in stock. Sale items are final sale, no exceptions. ALL LINGERIE IS FINAL SALE, NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

I’m missing an item or my items arrived damaged or with a defect!

Please email us at missloveyinfo@gmail.com as soon as possible with images attached. We will not accept claims if a week has passed from delivery date. 

Do you ship worldwide ?

Currently shipping worldwide is unavailable. However, we would like to expand our consumer base worldwide in the future. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday through Friday). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Ship time for U.S. orders is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. 

My package has been lost/stolen . What should I do?

Please make sure to submit the correct mailing address. Once your package leaves our premises, we are not responsible for them; the liability, including lost or stolen items, is between you, USPS or UPS. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS or UPS to file a claim with your tracking number information.
